20. Premium Listings
Gold Pack: Listings are displayed above other listings until a new Gold Pack listing is purchased, at which point the newest Gold Pack listing takes precedence.
Silver Pack: Listings are displayed above free listings but below Gold Pack listings until a new Silver Pack listing is purchased.
21. Fees and Refund Policy
Premium listings (Gold or Silver) incur fees. NZMARKETPLACE.CO.NZ may modify fee structures or introduce new services without notice. Listings or accounts violating these terms may be removed without refund. No refunds are provided for user-initiated deletions, edits, or changes of mind. Premium listings are non-transferable and non-refunded.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
